rainy day soup

Everybody has their favorite rainy day soup. Soup is one of those meals that can be made with any and everything you have in your fridge. There is nothing better than a bowl of chicken soup made with bone broth. Bone broth can really help heal your gut and boost your immune system. This chicken soup for the soul will help ward off those rainy-day blues. The kids like it, I love it, and it’s easy. Make a big batch and store the left overs in a Ziploc in freezer. Here is what you will need:

·       Bone Broth
·       Chopped carrots
·       Onion
·       Garlic
·       Pureed squash
·       Chopped rosemary
·       Oregano
·       Celtic sea salt (best kind of salt)
·       Cooked/ Left Over Chicken
·       Kale


#ALLYOUGOTTADOIS
1.   Simmer bone broth add in chopped carrots, onions, garlic, pureed squash, chopped rosemary and oregano
2.   Add in Celtic Sea Salt and cover let simmer for 30 to 40 min
3.   Add in pre-cooked chicken and cover
4.   Finish with kale to keep from becoming soggy
