,I have made a conscious effort to create more meals where a vegetable rather than meat, is the star of plate. I started taking part in meatless Monday, and I must say its been a hit. I don't have to "cook" as much and the kids are eating more varieties of veggies. Roasting veggies can be so simple but still providing a "meaty-ness" to a meal but of course without the meat. It is simply too good to pass up. What I Use:
Coconut oil Celtic Sea Salt Turmeric powder Braggs Nutritional Yeast Cayenne pepper #ALLYOUGOTTADOIS 1. Chop your cauliflower into smaller pieces 2. Add pieces to a container or bowl 3. Drizzle with coconut oil, less is better. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, yeast, and cayenne. Then shake up container or mix bowl to ensure all pieces are well dressed. 4. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet or skillet. Bake @ 450 in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. I remove it right at 17 minutes to keep it a little crunchy. Enjoy
